Hardware Returns

Should your Quest hardware require servicing, you can forward the equipment to our Service Centre in Victoria.

The following process should be followed whenever you return hardware to Quest for repair:

  1. Ensure that any offline transactions have been cleared from the terminal, if applicable
  2. Complete a Quest Hardware Return Form
  3. Send your completed Quest Hardware Return Form along with your equipment to the address below.

All hardware returning to Quest must include a Quest Hardware Return Form.  Equipment received without a completed form will take longer to process, and may cause unnecessary delays in returning equipment to you.
